Agha Shahzad Pervez
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Pervez is an experienced Company Director, CFO and Company Secretary, with over 13 years’ experience working with ASX listed companies.
Mr Pervez currently holds a role of Executive Chairman of Viridis Mining and Minerals Ltd (ASX: VMM) and Non-Executive Director of Pioneer Lithium Limited (ASX: PLN). Previously, Mr Pervez was Chief Financial Officer of Battery Age Mineral and also held numerals roles at Resonance Health Limited (ASX: RHT) including CFO and Company Secretary.

Ming Tsen (Vincent) Chye
Non-Executive Director
Mr Chye is an experienced corporate development executive with over 17 years’ experience working with ASX and internationally listed companies including CITIC Ltd, Wesfarmers Ltd and Ernst & Young.
Mr Chye is currently responsible for WA corporate development for an ASX100 listed energy company with a focus on strategic decarbonisation, renewable, firming and energy storage projects. In addition to extensive experience in acquisitions and equity capital markets, Mr Chye has specific expertise in the development of greenfield mining, processing, and logistics in the bulk minerals sector.

Ali Raza
Non-Executive Director
Mr Raza is a highly accomplished leader in investment and corporate development, with extensive experience and significant board-level exposure across global industrials, mining, advanced manufacturing, and technology-enabled infrastructure. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Haytham & Company, where he advises business leaders on major investments, strategy and growth initiatives.
Previously, Mr Raza was the Chief Investment Officer at Saudi Arabia Holding, where he led the organisations corporate development strategy, overseeing a diverse range of strategic interests, including advanced industrials, mining and resources, automotive mobility, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. His earlier roles within the group included senior positions in strategy and investments.
Mr Raza holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Murdoch University, underpinning his blend of legal, financial and strategic capability.

Anthony Hills
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Hills is a process and operations executive with over 16 years’ international experience spanning hydrogen, battery materials, LNG, biofuels, refining and energy generation. His career has been defined by leading complex processing operations and delivering commissioning, start-up and operational readiness programs across Australia, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Previously, as Operations & Maintenance Manager at Hazer Group (ASX: HZR), Mr Hills led commissioning, start-up, operations and maintenance in a growth-stage environment and implemented operational systems and disciplined execution frameworks to support delivery in a pre-revenue setting.
Mr Hills holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Management and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration.

Paul Hughes
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Paul Hughes is an experienced finance & accounting professional with a demonstrated track record of success in financial leadership and strategic decision-making. With experience across a range of sectors including the last 12 years within ASX listed mining environment, Mr Hughes has consistently delivered exceptional results, driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Mr Hughes held multiple finance positions within Pilbara Minerals, most recently overseeing the Corporate, Planning & Investment function. In this role, he was responsible for delivering integrated mine, financial, and business planning encompassing vital aspects such as life-of-mine modelling, expansion plans, capital, funding, and financing strategies, which recently delivered final investment decisions for the expansion projects at the Pilgangoora mine site.
Mr Hughes has also held senior finance positions at Orica (Mining Explosives), and Downer Mining (Mining Contractor) and has early career experience in the finance and banking sectors. Mr Hughes holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Ben Donovan
Company Secretary
Mr Donovan is the Principle of Argus Corporate Partners and is a chartered secretary and member of the Governance Institute of Australia. He provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services to a number of companies. Ben is currently a company secretary of several ASX listed companies and has gained experience across resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries.
He has extensive experience is listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the ASX in Perth for nearly three years, where he managed the listing of nearly 100 companies. In addition, Ben has experience in the capital markets having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving an initial listing on the ASX, and for a period of time, worked as a private client adviser at a boutique stock broking group.
