Mr Pervez is a seasoned corporate professional with over 15 years’ experience working with ASX listed companies. He currently holds a role of Executive Chairman of Viridis Mining and Minerals (ASX:VMM),Non-Executive Chairman of Bayan Mining and Minerals (ASX: BMM) and Pioneer Minerals (ASX: PMM). Previously, Mr Pervez was CFO of Battery Age Minerals (ASX:BM8) and Resonance Health (ASX:RHT).
